We are happy to return or exchange any product under the following requirements:

• ALL returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material.


• ANY return over 30 days must be approved by management.


• ALL returns are subject to re-stocking and return shipping fees.


• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


• Customers pay ALL return shipping charges on non-stocked items.


• Stock items may be exchanged or given store credit.


• Electrical parts are non-returnable.


• SELECT special order items are non-returnable.
